Parents and caregivers may be invoiced for school activities such as excursions, workshops, sporting and music activities, camps and other school events.
QParents is Petrie State School’s preferred option for families. It provides a convenient central location for parents and caregivers to manage a range of school-related tasks.
Through QParents, families can:
We encourage families who have access to QParents to use it as their first option for managing school payments and approvals.
Families can also make payments using:
Qkr – The free Qkr app provides immediate payment processing and can be used to pay for school activities, as well as order tuckshop and uniforms.
BPoint – BPoint payment information is located at the bottom of every school invoice. A BPoint link is also available on this page and on the school website Home Page.
EFTPOS – Payments can be made through the school office.
Centrepay – Centrepay is available for families wishing to make regular payments. Information and forms are available through the school office.
Families are welcome to make prepayments or payments in advance towards future excursions, camps, workshops and other school activities.
Prepayments are held as a family credit rather than being attached to one particular student. This allows the credit to be used towards eligible activities for any child within that family attending Petrie State School.
Prepayments can be particularly helpful for larger expenses such as school camps. Families can begin making smaller payments well in advance, allowing costs to be spread over a longer period and making budgeting easier.
Statements showing outstanding balances and available credits are provided each term. Families can also contact the school office at any time to request an updated statement or discuss payment options.
